Unable to connect to the MKS:Could not connect to pipe \\.\pipe\vmware-authdpipe within retry period.

發生點

vCenter所管理的host中，有一台host失聯，

利用vsphere client單獨連到那台失聯host，

console查看上面vm時，開啟看到上圖的錯誤訊息，

按照網路上前輩們提供的KB，下列

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2032016

將vSphere client 關閉，檢查程序使否都關了，重啟即可使用console
